Tourism Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
  • - Active search for new clients and development of the existing base, creation and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients;
  • - Fulfillment and overfulfillment of the sales plan, focused on achieving high results;
  • - Active sales and attraction of potential clients, including cold calls;
  • - Conducting negotiations with clients in the B2B and B2C segments, establishing partnerships;
  • - Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals, drafting and concluding contracts;
  • - Maintaining a client base, tracking the history of interaction and planning next steps;
  • - Monitoring the timeliness and completeness of payments under concluded contracts.

Requirements:
  • - Work experience: 1-3 years in sales (tourism industry will be an advantage);
  • - Deep knowledge of the hotel base and popular resort destinations;
  • - High level of customer focus, politeness, accuracy, responsibility, attention to detail;
  • - Ability to cope with stressful situations, work in a team and take initiative;
  • - Ability to professionally advise clients on destinations - hotels, attractions and prices for services;
  • - Skills in drawing up contracts, maintaining accounts and creating individual tour packages for clients.
