The agreement may be signed by the director or an authorized representative confirmed by a letter from the director.

• The travel agency email must stay online and reachable at all times (Unblock status).
• Corporate mobile numbers must stay available — provide at least 2 numbers. Even if a staff member is away, the office contact number must remain reachable.
